Each item is handmade to order. Processing takes 1–6 weeks depending on the product. Exact delivery times are shown in each product description.
For urgent orders, please check ‘Ready to ship’ products or our stockist partners.
2. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT.
Payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card (adjust to your webshop options).
Payment is due at the time of order.
3. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times depend on product availability and shipping method.
4. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
EU customers:
You have 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw without reason.
The product must be returned in original packaging and perfect condition.
Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns are not accepted.
5. Warranty / Defects
All products are handmade; minor variations are part of their uniqueness.
Defective or damaged items should be reported immediately via email with photos.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Liability for personal injury or gross negligence remains unaffected.
7. Governing Law
German law applies.
Courts in Traunstein, Germany, have jurisdiction.
